Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
All custom glass is manufactured to comply with AS/NZS 2208, the Australian requirement for safety glazing products.
A compliance document will be included with your order for certification or council purposes.
Fast Replacement Promise
If your custom glass arrives with a manufacturing issue — such as incorrect sizing or visible defects — we will organise a priority remake at no cost, and dispatch the replacement as soon as possible.
Measurement Error Support
If the mistake comes from incorrect measurements, drawings or templates provided by the customer, we can still remake the panel, and you will only be charged the base production cost.
We use our own A-frame glass transport vehicles, designed to keep each panel upright and secure.
This avoids the breakage and scratching often caused by pallet couriers.
Professional glass truck delivery covers Sydney, Brisbane, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Port Macquarie and Canberra.
Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery has been signed for, any breakage, chips or missing pieces become the customer’s responsibility.
Because custom glass is manufactured specifically to your measurements, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
A 2mm size tolerance applies to all custom-made glazing.
Typical manufacturing times:
- Toughened / float glass: 7–10 business days

Yes, free pickup is available from our warehouses at Yennora, NSW 2161 & Hemmant QLD 4174. Only trailers, utes, vans, or glass trucks are accepted for pickup. We also provide special L-shape glass frames for safe pickup.
Float glass is untreated and fractures into sharp, uneven pieces when broken.
Toughened (tempered) glass undergoes heat strengthening, making it significantly more resistant to impact.
If it breaks, it crumbles into small blunt fragments, greatly reducing injury risk.
Toughened glass is mandatory for applications such as:
- Balustrades
- Pool fencing
- Staircases
- Doors
- Shower screens
This is required under Australian Standards AS1288 and AS1926.1.
