All custom glass is manufactured to comply with AS/NZS 2208, the Australian Standard for safety glazing materials.
A compliance certificate will be supplied with your order for certification and council approval purposes.

Typical manufacturing lead times are as follows:
• Toughened and float glass: 7–10 business days
• Painted and backlit glass: 10–13 business days
Lead times may be longer for large commercial orders or during peak periods.
Pricing depends on several factors, including:

• The complexity of the shape or cut

Yes, free pickup is available from our warehouses in Yennora, NSW 2161.
For safety reasons, pickup is only available for suitable vehicles such as trailers, utes, vans, or glass trucks.
We also provide special L-shaped glass transport frames to help ensure safe pickup and transport.
Float glass is untreated and, if broken, can fracture into sharp and irregular pieces.
Toughened (tempered) glass is heat-treated to increase its strength and improve impact resistance. If broken, it shatters into small, blunt fragments, which helps reduce the risk of serious injury.
Under Australian Standards, toughened glass is required for many safety-critical applications, including:
• Balustrades
• Pool fencing
• Staircases
• Shower screens
This is generally required in accordance with AS 1288 and AS 1926.1, depending on the application.
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery has been signed for, any breakage, chips, scratches, or missing items become the customer’s responsibility.
As all custom glass is made specifically to your measurements, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
Please note that a manufacturing tolerance of ±2mm applies to all custom-made glass.
No. We specialise in construction glazing, including balustrade panels, pool fence glass, and building-related custom glass.
We do not manufacture glass table tops or furniture glass.
