Shipping policy
- Glass delivery is carried out by our professional glass truck and is limited to kerbside or driveway drop-off, where accessible. Please note that glass panels are plain and not packaged in cardboard. Customers must be present to assist with unloading and are responsible for organising the unloading process. All items must be checked upon delivery, and the delivery docket must be signed. Please be aware that deliveries cannot be made to apartments or locations with difficult access or restricted driveways.
- Glass is fragile. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery or pickup. Any damage, chips, or loss found after this point will be the customer’s responsibility.
