Please check hardware type and quantity before ordering. Return or exchange must be within 14 days from the date of purchase, restocking fee may apply.

We supply material only. The customer takes responsibility to learn your local council building regulations and order suitable materials.

All stainless steel hardware must be cleaned by professional stainless steel cleaner after installation. Apply stainless steel surface protector once a year. Stainless Steel is Stain"Less", Not Stain"Free". It subject to rust, tea-staining, and corrosion, especially exposure to Australian salt water and moisture.

If the job site is close to salt water or moisture, we recommend using mirror-finish hardware rather than satin finish.

Please do not apply any chemical detergent on the black powder-coated spigots, top rail etc, especially products containing corrosive or acid contents, which may cause black paint to fade or peel off.
