Results apply to the tested gate system configuration. Final compliance depends on correct installation, adjustment and the complete gate assembly.

Compatibility Notice

⚠️ Check Your Existing Glass Before Ordering

If replacing an existing hinge, please check that your glass hole positions match our hinge specification. If the holes do not match, these hinges will not fit your existing glass.

ORION hinges are designed to match our factory-drilled glass gate and hinge panels. For correct fitting, we recommend purchasing them together with our matching glass panels.

When replacing existing hardware, please check the glass hole dimensions:

Hinge Holes: 48mm apart, 24mm from the glass edge
Latch Holes: 42mm apart, 20mm from the glass edge
Hole Diameter: Ø14mm

Hole positions and dimensions must match the selected hardware. Please confirm compatibility before ordering.
