Measurement Mistake Support Policy

We understand errors can happen when choosing materials or taking measurements.

For standard items, customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, and no restocking or handling fees will apply.

For custom-made glass, if the incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, replacement panels can still be ordered — and we will supply them at cost price only, with no extra processing fees.

These panels are backed by a 10-year warranty, covering manufacturing faults and replacement for eligible issues.
