If any glass panel arrives with manufacturing issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect sizing, we will organise a fast-tracked replacement at no cost to ensure your project is not delayed. Priority dispatch will be arranged as soon as the issue is confirmed.

Measurement Mistake Support Policy

We understand errors can happen when choosing materials or taking measurements.

For standard items, customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, and no restocking or handling fees will apply.

For custom-made glass, if the incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, replacement panels can still be ordered — and we will supply them at cost price only, with no extra processing fees.
